Oho. My critique is one of many!

I personally think that you should have thicker lines to contain your colors, or at least a line with varying thickness to show off depth and round-ness. It would make coloring a lot easier and would be much more pleasing to the eye in the sense that everything wouldn't blend together.

I know this is chibi, but I still think that the head should be more proportionate. Since you have a realistic background and realistic hands/clothing styles, I think that the character's body should be realistic, too.

I really enjoy how you colored in the character's hair, and the watercolor-like painting style you used, but I notice that your coloring escapes the lines far past what it would if you were actually using watercolor. Make sure you stay within your lines so that you prove to your audience that you took a lot of time on your artwork. Remember - each piece of artwork is like a child and must be treated as such.

I personally think that the color blue you used in the background was too dark, and that more white, cyan, and yellow should've been mixed in. Perhaps less clouds.

Overall, I really enjoy the mixture of colors (however saturated looking) and the character's expression and the 'tone' of your artwork. It really gives off a carefree mood that makes you want to smile. Keep practicing!
